Typically, adults with a BMI of 27+ with a weight-related health condition, or a BMI of 30+, may qualify. Our licensed providers make the final determination based on your health history.

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the iSTRYVE program.

Plans start at $117.99/mo for Semaglutide (injection or oral) and $198/mo for Tirzepatide. Annual plans are available at a significant discount.

Your provider will reassess your treatment plan and may recommend transitioning to a maintenance phase or adjusting your medication dosage.

Currently, iSTRYVE does not accept insurance. Our plans are priced to be among the most affordable GLP-1 programs available, often below typical insurance co-pays.
